A little about me.
I know what it's like to live with anxiety, panic, and overwhelm. For years, I struggled to feel safe in my own body until I discovered breathwork—a simple practice that helped me find calm, resilience, and a new way forward.
Today, I still work full-time in the corporate world, so I understand firsthand the pressures of balancing deadlines, meetings, and a busy schedule. That's why I'm passionate about sharing practical breathwork that fits into real life.
As a certified breathwork facilitator, I guide individuals and teams through approachable sessions that help reduce stress, ease anxiety, improve focus, and create moments of calm. My approach is simple, practical, and designed for real people—no experience required.
